This aperitif served chilled is a mixture of freshly picked grape must with a Champagne brandy. The assembly allows the fermentation to be blocked in order to preserve the aromatic potential and the natural sugar of the grape. 

Called the grape picker's drink or even a champagne aperitif, this sweet drink will capsize more than one.
