Our work

WINTER

The vine enters a period of

winter rest.

The winegrower then takes the opportunity to prune in order to remove the vine shoots and select the buds which will give the

future fruits.

SPRING

At the first warmings, the sap circulates and the plant cycle begins. The branches and

the leaves are growing. In May, we can see the flowers appear that will give us our future nectar.

SUMMER

In July, the branches develop strongly and the flowers turn into grapes, called fruit set.

In August, it's veraison, these small grains grow and take on their color depending on the grape variety.

The grapes become deacidified and enriched in sugar and aromas.

AUTUMN

Depending on the year, from September to October, it's the harvest.

Our grapes are harvested manually at maturity thanks to our team of French pickers.

We take advantage of the moment of respite in the vineyard to disgorge and deliver.
